SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If your product arrives broken you will need to supply proof to us that it is damaged and retain ALL packing materials so we can get the money for the shipping refunded. You will NOT get a replacement product without proof that the original product is damaged.
As of 5/1/2008 ALL products shipped Internationally that arrived damaged will be given a refund. We will not ship new products at our expense. If you wish a replacement you will be charged for shipping but not the product. You must email proof that the product arrived damaged. (pictures)
Currently all orders will be shipped within 1-14 working days (weekends are not included) - unless noted otherwise. During sales or special events, please expect a minor delay.

We ship via UPS and USPS.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The shipping fee will be visible on your shopping cart at the time of check out. UPS shipping rates vary based on the weight and dimensions of package, shipping destination, choice of service level and rural or non-rural delivery area. Due to these facts, the shipping rates may be different from one order to another.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or by calling 706-654-3259 within 3 days of purchase -- we will be happy to provide you with an exchange, refund or credit.
